Teaware is fragile. We are committed to safe, yet traditional, packaging and all items purchased will be wrapped well. 


Shipping time and prices

For items located in the U.S.

  • Shipping price is calculated by weight via USPS
  • Domestic shipping times are 1-2 weeks; International 1-3 weeks

For items located in Thailand

  • Shipping price is calculated by weight via UPS Express
  • At the moment, due to COVID-19, prices to the U.S. are higher than usual
  • International shipping takes 1-2 weeks, with any delays usually happening at customs

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. 

Items will be transferred to a logistics partner within 1-3 business days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


We will accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation: before item has shipped

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
