Japanese Matcha Bowl - 赤膚山 Akiyama Kiln Tsutsu-gata Akahada-yaki Chawan - 475ml

This tall Akahada-yaki (from Nara prefecture) tsutsu-gata chawan (tea bowl) features a milky beige-green-brown glaze. Its tall cylindrical shape is design to keep the matcha warm during the winter months.

The bowl was made by the Akiyama Kiln (昭山窯), stamped 赤膚山, a traditional stamp of Akahada-yaki.
