Cancellation Policy
In the effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible, all orders are immediately sent to our fulfillment team. We are unable to make changes to the order details including address changes, item changes, and cancellation requests.

We do not offer cancellations. Orders processed through our system are considered finalized and transmitted to our fulfillment center.

Subscriptions

Subscription terms require one renewal. No obligation, modify or cancel your subscription any time after one renewal. 

We do not accommodate requests for early cancellation. Easily manage and cancel subscriptions here. 

Only in extreme scenarios, instead of their first renewal, customers can request to pay an early subscription cancellation fee via invoice. The early subscription cancellation fee will be equivalent to the initial discount offered for signing up for the subscription.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

• Subscribers unlock a 15% discount on tea products, and subscription renewals > $50 will ship free within the USA.
• Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time after one renewal.
