This unique hexagonal kyusu (teapot) with matching yunomi (teacup) and saucer are decorated with alternating panels of blue with white stripes and red with white plum blossoms. Compared to a steel mesh filter, its ceramic debeso (half-spherical) filter introduces no metallic flavours to the tea.
