Japanese Matcha Bowl Set - Wabi-sabi Hantsutsu-gata Chawan with Bamboo Chasen Whisk and Chashaku Scoop - 450ml

This hand-formed hantsutsu-gata chawan (matcha bowl) features a brushed brick red glaze. As opposed to the perfect symmetry that wheel-thrown bowls have, the gentle, wabi-sabi irregularity of this bowl comes from the hand-forming process.

The "Kazuho Chasen" (数穂茶筅) and matching chashaku are made with white shirotake bamboo.
