This extra large stainless steel matcha sifter is designed for sifting large quantities of matcha quickly for use in cafés and large tea events. It can sift about 80g of matcha at a time thanks to its deep sifter basket and can hold a total of about 150g.

Instead of the traditional bamboo spatula, there are three heavy metal washers that sift the matcha as you 'shake' the can in a horizontal circular motion, which make the process quicker and cleaner as this can be done with the lid on.
