This Agano-yaki kyusu (teapot) features a solid green enamel glaze. Its built-in ceramic do-ake filter is perfect for naturally straining tea.

Agano ware is famous for its use of enamels over the glaze. The most well-known of these enamels produces a vibrant blue-green/turquoise dripping effect caused by copper oxide in the enamel.
