This medium-sized stainless steel matcha sifter is designed for sifting large quantities of matcha quickly for use in cafés and tea events. It can sift about 40g of matcha at a time thanks to its deep sifter basket and can hold a total of about 80g.
Instead of the traditional bamboo spatula, there are three heavy metal washers that sift the matcha as you 'shake' the can in a horizontal circular motion, which make the process quicker and cleaner as this can be done with the lid on.
